Big Poe: Cold or not?

Over the years, I keep forgetting to do this, or am too tired and away from it when I want to, on a hot day in the afternoon.
Being as Big Poe has a dam on it, all be it many miles upstream from tributaries that seem to more than double its flow, IS Big Poe creek a cooling influence on Penns? The dam was re-somethinged some years ago. I can't remember if there was anything done to make the effluent colder than swimming pool warm.

In my opinion, no. Without the dam, yes, but, it gets pretty warm below Poe Valley.
