It could also be a Iso nymph.

That would have been my other guess but thats why I asked...my kid took this in cooksburg on the clarion river.

I would say "trust me, it's an ISO." But if you had any idea how bad I am at ID'ing bugs, you'd wait for Maurice to weigh in on this. I know I will.

PS: If I'm wrong, it's the white stripe that threw me off. It could be a hex nymph in an isonychia disguise. (I bet he found it online)
