The green on the lower jaw of this frog is not was incredibly bright. And check out the ear. What kind of frog is this?

I actually thought it was a Rana clamitans, or Green Frog, although I could be wrong.

you are correct, Rama clamitans or Green Frog. You can tell the difference from a bull frog from the parallel ridges extending from behind the large ear circle down along the sides of the back. Nice pic.
