I continue my quest to explore new water.  This fish came from a limestone spring in the Cumberland Valley.  The conditions were perfect for a streamer bite.  Dark day with steady rain in late February.  The stream was up and green.  I expected to hook a fish in the tail of the run, but this fish came out no where, after I cast the scuplin in a plunge pool and then stripped it across the adjacent eddy.  Very exciting, up close and personal take.
