I found this guy along the stream yesterday. Something took off his front leg, but he gets around rather well. I can only guess a snapping turtle might have done this?

 May be eastern wood turtle
Just looking at your pic you may have found an eastern wood turtle. A pretty cool find I believe they are considered threatened in PA I found one beat lake Redman a few years back

If that's the case, I found another one (with all four legs) in 2013 along the same stream. That one was a little bigger than this one was.
