I caught a lot of these guys in the North Branch this year, I hope it continues moving forward. I caught a lot of stocked rainbows on 11/01/2014, but this 9 inch male brookie definately stood out as the prettiest catch.

Interesting! I don't think the NB is typically associated with wild brook trout but clearly they are in there. Perhaps migrants coming out of the Savage watershed to overwinter in bigger water(?). Maybe some natural repro in the main river or smaller tribs. Hhmm.....
