Neat! Usually brown trout ventral/pelvic fins run in the yellow-orange-black color spectrum but this one is deep red. Very pretty. Also, note the tail: the upper edge has two rows of spots but the lower edge doesn't have any spots.
Wild trout never get boring.

I noticed it was really rainy that day or it was some dern good fishing. Some pruned fingers in this set of photos.

Yes, the fishing was outstanding, one of my very best days. And it was rainy in the morning, but cleared later in the day.

FI, that brown was just gorgeous, the real shame was that the sun wasn't out for me to get the kind of pics that fish deserved!
