A pretty section of the east branch of the brandywine. I had never fished here before but it looks like great trout water. I was targeting smallies in the slow pools and caught a few, will have to return to this area in the spring and see if there are any trout around.

Definitely good looking water. If it's too warm for trout there, I bet there's Fallfish (or whatever the dominant minnow species is in that watershed) in there too.

yep, water temp in the upper 70s and fallfish were everywhere along with shiners. Biggest fish of the day was a 12" fallfish actually lol

Nice looking spot Menace! I hope the summer is going well. I have been doing a lot of exploring on the East Branch lately trying to get into some smallies as well. I have actually been pretty surprised how well I have been doing. Not a lot of bigguns but the numbers have been decent.
