Not sure on this ID. There were plenty of Ephemerella dorothea around with the standard 3 tails and red eyes but this guy, being of similar size, has only 2 tails and dark eyes. I found 2 like this. I wonder if its some kind of defect? Or another specie? Any thoughts are encouraged.

Hmm, I dunno for sure. It's definitely a dun. Key features:

Plain wing, obvious hind wing, 2 tails. Unless I got one of those indicators wrong, I'd guess Epeorus Vitreus. But that looks a little more yellow than any Epeorus Vitreus I've ever seen, though they do vary in color a lot. It's a guess I'm not very comfortable with....
