That is a nice looking kype, and a nice Salmo Solar!!! It is hard to make out the colors, due to the low light in that pic, was it bronze colored like a brown?

The fish was chromed out, not a hint of bronze on him. I apologize for the picture, at the time I had people all over me asking if they could keep it. They were all amazed when I let him go.

That's a neat photo. Many of us have never caught an Atlantic Salmon. Nice fish.

You wonder how fish that have kypes like that eat. They can't close their mouth on their prey. Gotta just swallow it instantly. Fantastic fish btw. If I caught it, I would think about having it mounted, but probably would have released it like you did.
