![]() No way of knowing for sure, but my brother landed a similar size fish from there in late June of this year. I hooked what I'm pretty sure was the same fish two weeks earlier than he did but lost the fish at my feet.

![]() I would bet it was probably the same fish. An adult trout could live almost its whole life in a spot like that without ever having to move more than a few feet except to spawn.

![]() I am pretty sure I know the location of this hole. You can PM to verify, if you so desire. Anyway, if it is indeed the hole I think it is, I lost a very nice trout there last year. I caught a few browns in the 6-8" range that day, and then I had something much bigger latch onto a green weenie. It bent my 7' 4wt into a U shape and proceeded to break me off after a few seconds. I did not get a real good look at the fish but I estimated it to be in the 15-16" range.
