Floated the Tully from the dam outlet to the covered bridge. Water temp. was in the low 40's. Water clarity was about 2 feet. Fished hard all day with different colored streamers from top to bottom with no luck. There was a respectable midge hatch in the afternoon that the fish didn't seem to notice. It was a great day for a float and it was nice to hear the peepers and woodpeckers out. I'll try this one again when the water warms up.

Also saw lots of Moby carp in the slower water. Looked like they were gearing up to spawn soon.
