Fished the Saucon Creek on Sunday April 15, 2012 in a section of the ATW from 1-3. Fished one of my favorite .5 mile sections and didn't see another angler. Saw some small midges come off but that was pretty much it in terms of hatches. Ended up catching six fiesty wild browns in the 7-11'' range and no stockers.

The Saucon had a great tan caddis hatch yesterday late in the day. Had some false rises to a size 16 tan elk hair caddis; size 14 worked well and got a take on every good drift over a rising fish. The fish did not start to work until maybe 7 or so.
