I got to fish for an hour after work today. Got to the stream around 5pm, 4 other cars in the parking lot. I fished under sunny skies and 50 degree temperatures. The water level was perfect with a green tint to it. I jumped in between 2 popular holes and fished the pocket water. Caught 7 fish on nymphs which was a nice surprise in this kind of water. There was a bigger mayfly hatching in good numbers, never caught one but I would guess it was either a Hendrickson or Quill Gordon. Only saw 2 fish rise.
