Fished "my stretch" of the Brandywine thursday morning from about 6am till 1pm. I started out throwing a #6 black wooly bugger with limited success. The water was running high and hard and was slightly off color. It was difficult to get into a good position for a proper drift. I went to a #4 Olive wolly bugger and had the same results. all in all it was a great day and it was my first time getting smallies on the fly!!! I cant wait for the water to warm up a bit and for the levels to come down some.
