I can't tell you anything you don't already know about the Yough right now--it's blown out. All of the tribs are fishable right now, though they are still a bit high and there are storms in the forecast for the next few days, so we'll see what the weekend brings. The good news is that with all of the high water, there are going to be plenty of trout in the open water for those who like to venture away from the projects.
