well here is what I have seen in the past...
rockfish can be hit or miss, fall tends to be better for schooling fish with blues mixed in any good baitfish imitator, pencil poppers when breaking
White perch should be around try small clousers around the structures
If it were me...unless there are visible birds working...I would try throwing different size clousers around the rocks and see what happens, could be rockfish around the bridge.
Also usually good water for catfish if you want to drift some peeler or clam snouts (you'll pick up white perch and rock drifting)
