I want to do some fishing up around clinton county next week but I dont want to disturb the spawning fish. Anyone have any ideas?

Go to to Clinton County ad fish stocked streams and be mindful of spawning redds.
I'd might be more concerned as to whether there will be any water.

I was up in Cameron County a few weeks back and everything was running strong - too strong to wade in fact. Clinton's not too far away, so I'd have to guess things are in decent shape there as well. In the years I've been 'heading north', I've never seen some of the mountain runs flowing as strong as they were...
