Spot on regarding the genus Tom, but is that an extremely Pale Morning Dun hanging from it's lip?

Right now, it doesn't make a whole lot of difference, does it?

You must be getting perilously close though...

hehe, I always say I experienced the 70's. Less than 1 day of it. Born new years eve, 1979.

By 1979 fly fishing had become the new "In" hobby of the Yuppie generation. When I bought my first Hardy LRH in 1965 it cost me $25.00 and the spool cost a whopping $7.00.

Back when I first fished the Beaverkill in 1965 even on a weekend you hardly saw more than a handful of other fly fishers.
