What Fly is this

The body is grey with 2 barbs of hackle on each side for a tail. The wing appears to be CDC or something like this. I am thinking maybe a caddis emerger?

Just a generic CDC mayfly emerger pattern. Caddis patterns usually don't have split tails. Doesn't matter though. Trout are dumb. If it matches the size and color of the natural, tie it on.
 
think it could be a adult stonefly such as a cat puke or such?
 
Looks like an RS2 to me. Can't see it all that well though.
 
Bingo! You can tell you are a lot more experienced with up close photos. I took the pic with my iPad and was just happy that it was 60kb and not 35000kb.
