Hey guys I am going to try and get out fishing tomorrow afternoon. They are calling for highs tomorrow to be around 90. Do you guys do anything different when fishing in very hot weather for trout?

You may want to dress diferently for your own comfort. The fishing would be dependent only on the water temperature. So long as the water temps are below 70 you should have nothing to worry about. I think it would take several warm days before we need to worry about that.

Floppy hat, sunscreen, and I always carry a bunch of ants. It pays to have a thermometer with you; though right now the streams around here are still cool from the last cold spell. If it goes above seventy I start thinking about fluke fishing. That said, there are plenty of limestone and small mountain streams that maintain cool temps through the summer. Also bottom release dams like Beltzville keep some streams (Pohopoco, in this case) nice and cool in hot weather.
