All this guy does is catch big fish. If you see him on your local stream hide the big fish!!!!

All joking aside, took the day off to fish with Albatross, I thought it was going to be a rough day with the wind and the temps. Well it turned out to be a great day on the stream, nice hatch, fish rising, good food, good beer, big fish, and good company. What more can you ask for?? Me..... Nothing.

I love these kinds of posts about board members fishing together. That's a great fish alby and it sounds like a great day.

Alby is a great fisherman and a heck of a lot of fun to fish with. Good stuff.

I've said it before...he has "fish sense. ". Or...Maybe he's just calculated how to put the odds in his favor!
Nice job alby!

Gregs come up the flyfishing ranks as fast as anyone I've met.
He had a damn sweet cast in only his second year.

And he is in fact hell on the big'uns.

Coty and I were blessed to have awful weather that produced a marvelous olive hatch, coincidence?

This fish was just dumb luck for me I cast blind beside some stream-side vegetation where the big guy was lurking (unbeknownst to me). He took a softhackle trailed from my olive dry.

You should have seen the sucker I caught in the morning. It was easily 22 inches...

Thanks Coty for sharing the day with me. It was a memorable outing. And thanks to DryFlyGuy for talking me out of going to BFC. Sal and Squaretail are the true big fish guys, I'm just a poser.

OOOOO I HATE that guy!!!!

He always catches big fish when I see him too!

1 word of advise. If he ever gives you directions, or tells you of a fantastic place to go, DON'T LISTEN!

It's just a ploy to go on a wild goose chase so he can go catch all the big fish out there.
