I was wondering if anybody has taken a stream temp on Valley Creek either in the Park or upstream. If so, what temps were measured. Stream Flows should be up this week.

Haven't been in the Park, but the temperatures upstream have been consistently 62 in the early morning and around 64 late morning. Then I leave, so no idea if it jumps after that. It will only be up a few hours after a good rain. Valley drops faster than any stream I've ever fished. Around 20 CFS is considered "normal" by the USGS. It has been steady at around 15-16 CFS all summer. Still plenty of good holding areas. But fish it when it's 25 to 35 and you will pleasantly surprised. Won't happen very often.
