To all anglers, conservationists and sportsmen. PA and our aquatic resource lost a great friend with the passing of Commissioner Fred Osifat. Commissioner Osifat repersented District Seven and was recently elected Vice-President of the PA Fish & Boat Commission. He was an avid fly fisher, champion of conservatiton and active in many sportsman's organizations.
Fred passed away on November 25, 2007 at the age of 64.
