New to PA and want to fish

I recently moved here from Texas and want to learn to fly fish so that I can fish the streams, lakes, and rivers of the area. I am familiar with fishing, as I have done wade fishing for most of my life back home, however I need to start with the basics up here. Registration, license (sic), locations, etc... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My suggestion: Find someone in your area that fly fishes, become friends/fishing partners with them, and suck as much information and secrets out of them as you can (best fishing spots, tricks, insect activity) :-D

The best way to learn is by doing. So, welcome to PA and to the sport of fly fishing.
