My first wild trout

I caught this Brownie on 3/20/07 at Valley Creek I was so excited when I caught my hands were shaking I didn't measure it but I think it was about 10". Also I posted a stream report with more info.....

Catching a trout out of Valley Creek is always an accomplishment! Hope you'll always be excited by each one no matter how many you catch there!

Beautiful. Note the bright red edges on both the top and bottom of the tail.

That is a beautiful fish. I love the coloration on it. I haven't yet to catch a wild fish and can't wait to do so. I'm going to accomplish that this year though. Congrats!
