agian the cynics assume the worst....Here is my take; McNeishem goes fishing to an unnamed stream....runs into a guy named Conner. Discussion ensues regarding Paflyfish and the community here. McNeishem wanting to perhaps continue the discussion they had reaches out here in a way that:

A. doesn't mention the stream.
b. qualifies the response by identifying the spot.
c. Use the PM feature to do so.

He appears to have followed the protocols of the "self-proclaimed intolerant site police" yet he still gets bashed.

I see no indication of illicit behavior either fishing or by other means.

1. So why would anyone suspect it?
2. Why can't we take things for face value?
3. Why must people feel compelled to take a dump on a thread that has nothing to do with them?

ask yourself what value these responses bring to Paflyfish. They are not educational, humorous or intended to be. They are derogatory and slanderous.

I see alot of this lately. It is quite disappointing. It is these types of responses to threads that cause people to refrain from posting. Its obvious that the goals of some are to stifle the sharing of information of certain subjects. It is also obvious that some only comment in negative ways. These two attributes to posting etiquette are not appealing to anyone but those with the spirit to contribute such nonsense.

If it is your personal goal to only contribute these types of comments I would recommend you find another place to do so. I am about fed up with it here.

I feel compelled to defend the comedians. There is no denying that this post has a distinctive craigslist "missed connections" vibe. When I first saw this I thought it was a joke.

If anything, this post is evidence that paflyfish needs a "missed connections" forum.

Reading the OP thread, and taking it at "face value" as Maurice suggests (which I totally agree with), I thought of it as sounding "freaky". Which I still do. lol

Seems the insinuation was that the poster was somewhere he wasn't 'spose to be. I wouldn't think too much into, though it hasn't been denied, either. I don't think anything was deleted in the OP.
