displaying fishing license

A week or two ago the question of displaying fishing license was brought up. Some, as I do have concerns about loosing that license while fishing. I'm new to PA, so when I bought my senior license I got a print out of my license to use until I was sent a credit card type permanent license Not wanting to loose this I was wondering if I can carry the print out, and keep the plastic license in my truck.
