It was cold last week too...but it felt good and the brookies were still eatin' them up! How'd you do?

Darling Run. I didn't go down to Slate. This would have been Sunday night a week ago.

Yeah I went above to Gaines there at that rest top, walked back the trail to where that trib flows in, and the water was much cooler. What's the name of that stream? I'm always tempted to hike up it and see if there are wilds in there, but usually I'm fishing w/ noobs at that section or something and can't break free.

Long Run. It's stocked but nobody fishes it after the first few weeks. It does hold some native brook trout & wild browns.

I was at Long Run last year at about this time and it was 79, I was shocked that it was that high.

It's time to stop stocking all wild trout streams no matter what Classification they are, and time to eradicate brown trout in some of our limestone streams and re-establish brookies in them.

I thought that would be a geographical oddity.

Man that might be the dumbest quetion of the year on here, actually....how could it flow into to larger streams? Duh! Wasn't thinking.

It's unusual for a stream to flow into two larger streams, but not unknown.
