FlyCast, there is a shop just outside of Grove City in the town of Volant. The shop is called Neshannock Creek Fly Shop. They seem to have a pretty good selection of flies there and the gentlemen that run it are top notch!

Awesome! I didn't know about a fly shop in Volans, that's a good drive also, but I will have to check them out. I stopped by oil creek outfitters and picked up some flys today, owner is very nice, and flies are good as we'll! Priced higher than what I should spend but I'm happy with the purchase

Thanks for buying locally. I understand you can not buy everything at a local vendor. But every little bit helps. Good luck with the flys and let us know how you are doing on the stream.

I agree about the Neshannock, nicely stocked Orvis shop and people always inviting.

ebay often has good deals. Sometimes you can get a dozen flies for 1 dollar. Check out kjflyfish81.

Interesting.

Fly shops and now the general public has access to those off shore fly tying factories.

Orvis dry fly @ $2.25 each
Fishing Fly Box @ $0.44 each

144 flies @ $2.25 = $324.00
144 flies @ $0.44 = $63.36

Say the FFB buys at 1/2 price, $0.22 each = $31.68

Orvis profit $292.32

That is one heck of a way to show your support for the local fly shop.

Decided to give TheFishingFlyBox a shot. Did a pretty big order of like 100 flies. Just got a call from them saying they lost their website and are trying to get it sorted out. but my batch of flies have been shipped to me today. However some will be missing and will need to be sent at a later date after they become available to be sent out.
