Hi,
Boy Scouts of Southeastern PA are holding a council camporee at Green Lane Park, expecting 7000 scouts on Saturday May 5. They want to have a fly-fishing station, where interested kids could stop by for 10-15 minutes to learn a bit. Looking for 5 or 6 fly-fishermen to be there to help teach casting (scouts have poles), bugs, flies, maybe showing how to tie a wooly bugger. Jack Gilbert, the ranger from Resica Falls camp, is heading this station. If you've fished Resica, you know Jack; also this is a chance to help teach the next generation of fishermen and conservationists. No volunteers yet.
