The top two re Quill Gordons, and the bottom two are March Browns. I saw both this weekend up on Pine Creek and its tributaries. And Hendricksons too, a few Blue Quills, and loads of Caddis hatches of Biblical proportions.

Agree with Chaz the bottom ones are March Browns. I had the MB coming off the first week of April 29 in 2010.

I am still shocked how early hatches have gotten pushed up. Seems to be at least two weeks early with most hatches. I even thought that the cold weather last week would have slowed down these early hatches, but it does not seem the case.

Could be we see Drakes at the end of the first week of May?

Quills were 14's where I was and the MB's were 10's. We also had BQ's, and several caddis species hatching all about a 14 to 18. Trout were looking up.
there were freestone grannoms, and tan caddis in #14, and a tan 18.
