I bet its somewhere close to the LV for you Chaz.....as seen below your avatar. And the OP lives in Dauphin....as seen below his avatar. Perhaps you are viewing the posts in compact mode. If you view them flat you will see the location. I think he told you this once last week.

Funny..

I did tell you last week and it says where I'm from. I don't post a stream location because I'll go anywhere. Just like fishing with someone so relax. Lol people on this forum. Your right I don't know why I even post!

Got that right Shane. That guys' gotta feed those anger monkeys some bananas. Maybe a day out on Willow Creek for some wild brookies (73/61) is just the ticket.

Take Shane's advice, ingore the dude - he's nothing more than an bitter old man with far too much to say.

It's your choice to keep to yourself where you are going fishing and when and not have to answer to anyone, especially someone like Chaz.

Chaz is bitter? Seemed nice anytime I fished or talked with him.

In Chaz's defense it is very easy at times to take his comments the wrong way. I'll admit i have on more than one occasion. But truth be told he is an extremely knowledgable fly fisherman of many watersheds. And willing to share that info with those interested.

I have never met him personally (YET) but hope to have the chance one day. I have been told he is good company on the stream and fun to fish with. I'd chalk his original post up to an off day and move on. He probaly checked this thread out to either try to possibly meet up with the OP or provide info and got discussed with no general area mentioned.

Chaz is both grumpy and nice enough that there is no need to get or take things personal. He was reacting to a call for a fishing partner that assumed everyone reading it knew where the poster planned to fish. These general call-outs aren't discouraged, but you might hope if the poster was looking to hook up with specific people he already knows, that he would have used the PM feature instead.

By posting publicly, it is reasonable to assume that the poster was looking to see if anyone he DIDN'T already know would be fishing. That kind of call-out for companions ought to be accompanied by some additional detail about at least the general area to be fished.

As for Chaz having just been told that the poster was from Dauphin Co., Chaz can be excused as we all know that he is also "getting up there."
