Found near the Driftwood Branch of the Sinamahoning, Cameron county, July 5, 2013. About 3.5 inches in length.

Troutbert and I saw one on Pine Creek a couple of weeks ago at Black Walnut Bottom.
 
The best bait ever that is until they get there wings then they are mean as hell not fun having one crawling on the back of your neck.
 
That's a female and they do bite. The male's pincers are so long they can't exert enough force to break the skin. They'll both give off a stinky anal spray if threatened, so beware!
