sage 1680 repair

I bought two sage 1680 reels on ebay from a seller who picked them up at an estate sale and knew nothing about them. When the arrived the drag systems on both are missing parts. Does anyone know where I can buy parts to repair them?

Sage has incredible customer service. Sent a rod back for a broken section and they sent me back a completely new rod.
