mono clear fly line

Just a question. the mono clear fly line is it legal on the regulated waters i know you can only have so much leader on but being this fly line is clear i didn't know if it was legal or not. i haven't bought it yet not sure if its worth it or not any suggestions?

Is it mono or is it clear fly line? I have a clear intermediate sink fly line. It is not mono.

It is Royal Wulff Triangle Taper Fly Line TTMC 4I Mono Core Clear 90 ft. kinda sounds like the same sinking intermediate i don't want to buy it if i can't use it everywhere but a buddy of mine has the triangle taper on a helios and i loved how the line layed out for me while casting and i thought i would give it a try if it was good for all streams

Its just fly line. some have a braided core some have a mono core. But it coated in PVC or similar. Its not a "monofilament" so its fine.
