Has anyone tried just adding a few drops of acetone to the bottle?

Straight/pure acetone works to thin SH. Nail polish remover contains acetone, but is mixed with water and foo foo scents (I believe) and tends to cloud up SH.

I always thought it would be nice if it was just a tad thicker, what are you thinking about thinning it for?

If you look at the MSDS for SH the thinning agent is MEK. It works fine for me.

Fish like to be pretty, too.

It's ever so slightly cloudy after thinning with remover compared to new-in-bottle, but I've never noticed anything in the form of residue on thread when done.

THIS, from a guy that admits to wearing rubber pants....not surprising.
