While I am aware of the existence of the bug, I have never knowingly seen one. Can you comment further on your experience? Where, when, how long...
 
I have seen them mostly on trout streams in bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton county's. The Delaware as well. Not a big hatch, but sometimes worth it in a few streams. Bushkill in Easton has them for one. Generally hatches from mid morning to early afternoon. They are fast swimmers. I think they might be here will know more this year.
