for this area you are correct for other areas these are normal, except blue quill thats a typo. here is correction:

Well I have zero dry flies smaller than a 14 and no dry fly hooks in sizes 0-14. Hopefully the fish will be keyed in on smaller presentations.

Unless the trout are really keyed in on an exact match of the fly it won't matter if the size is a bit off, as long as it's not too big. In other words if you have the right color and the pattern is right you'll catch fish. When all else fails try my crane fly, it may prevent a skunk.
