Anyone having trouble with THE FEATHER EMPORIUM??

Ordered some hackle paks from them. They sent the wrong color so I called and was told to return them and the correct color would be sent right out. They were "having trouble with the Post Office."

That was over a month ago. No hackles, no refund, and no answer to my several calls, emails and voicemails.

A Google search revealed this is common with them. A shame; nice website, fast service. Just thieves, I guess.............

I have dealt with this merchant and had prompt and excellent service.

Put me down in the “All of the above” category. I’ve had prompt service when I ordered straight off the site but have had poor results when I’ve called and ask questions. After three times trying, for each time, I know longer believe “I’ll get back to you”.
