Northern Potter County

I am heading to northern Potter County this weekend. Looking for some streams to fish in the area. Or info on hatches...was thinking about trying the Oswayo Creek. Any info would be helpful...THANKS!

Drakes may be started by the weekend. Any stream up there will be good.

no drakes yet, still looking for march browns. oswayo was in fine shape on Monday same for the genny and Allegheny river. check out 11 mile too.

How did you do? Have not been up that way in a while.

I just got back from Potter. The water is very high. Dry fly fishing will likely not be good for a few days. With the water dropping, streamers should be great.

not bad water was high, going to hit it again this week maybe. want to fish a few lakes that have hatches.
