Fish kill in tioga county north of route 6 |

Heard from a professor of mine at mansfield that there has been a fish kill in tioga, or potter county north of route 6. the kill is linked to a well site, and the gas crews are working 24hr shifts to remove whatever it is that caused the kill.
this is just a rumour ive heard no proof. anyone else hear anything similiar north of 6

not pine, but beyond that i really have no information on the stream name or location beyond north of 6 tioga or potter
