The Main Line Fly Tyers are hosting AK Best at our January meeting at the Greater Plymouth Community Center in Plymouth Meeting at Germantown Pike and Jolly Road, not far from the Plymouth Meeting Mall and turnpike entrance. He is a production tyer and innovator in the tying world and his topics will include solving common and not so common tying issues for the intermediate and advanced tyer. He was not invited to Somerset this year so we are flying him out for the day and because of this are asking for a $10 donation to the club from non-members to help defray the cost, members are free to attend. The Main Line Fly Tyers are a not for profit tying and teaching club based in the Philadelphia area that meets on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Greater Plymouth Community Center, this month's meeting will be on the 24th, the 4th Thursday.
