for obvious reasons i will not mention any names.

one of the streams i visited, because of the warmer weather had some good hatch action. but nothing rising. i observered little blue winged olives, black and tan caddis, and of course cream, black, grey and olive midges. i did manage to land a handful of trout throught the day and a few 10 inchers. the water is low though so i think most are hiding. still a good and beautiful day of brookie fishing. all on olive buggers on a strip. not enough water to dead drift. the good news is i saw alot of .5" to 1" young of the year scattering. hope these little buggers live and grow to be the 8" brookie on the end of my line!
