Water was cold obviously. Fish were sluggish at times, nymphs and eggs worked the best.

Nice day of catching right there. Those fish are all unique in one way or another, aren't they? That first rainbow is a little football, and that brown...'nuff said.

Nice job mute on some health looking stockers! The video work was pretty good too considering that you were managing the camera.

And TDB, yea, a winter stocking.

3wt thanks, i thought it was going to be terribly shakey.

1wt, no sir. I held it in one hand, casted, set, and reeling with the other.

What the heck happened to that brown

Does anyone have to ask why i Love wild trout fishing over stocked fishing. Look @ that mutant. I hope a Heron took half his face off rather than him being raised by the PFBC like that. Who the heck would even want to harvest and eat that ugly thing

So that's how I've missed the same fish 4 times with a dry fly.

Fished again today, had to break some ice to get to the fish... coldest its been for this stream. 99% iced over. Probably wont be producing until later this week.

Looks like you took some hogs out of the same hole. Nice camera work. I probably won't get out until it warms up some

I think the PFBC took the short yellow bus to drop those fish off!

All those fish are raised and stocked by the nursery on site.I don't believe that the pfbc has anything to do with it.In the spring they have a tourney and dump 24" fish in 12" inches of water.
