Decided to hit Lycoming before the stocking trucks, and spin fishermen, come tomarrow. I wasn't alone, there were 4 guys at the delayed harvest, so I decided to go upstream. Fished and area that was productive at the begining of Spring. Landed three, including two wilds, about 8" each. I then moved down stream about a mile and fished an area that I only fished once this year (do to the over abundance of mosquitos). This time I brought bug spray and caught one right away on a winged ant. Landed 2 more after that.
I am very impressed with the quality fishing on Lycoming this year, and the number of hold-overs and wilds I have taken. This stream must be improving.

Water temp: high 50's
Insect activity: Size 22 winged ants (black and red), Pale evening duns, Dark Cahills, Light Cahills, Brown Caddis. Light olive midges.
