Does any one know of a fish kill on Walker lake in Snyder co? Some one I work with was talking about it at lunch time to night.

It was temperature related. Crappies were spawning when the water warmed very quickly, causing some bacteria to bloom and kill a mess of crappies. Crappies are very vulnerable to this.
