Striper fishing in Delaware

I just got my Orvis Access 8wt switch rod and would like to have a go in the surf this spring, I was looking though some old post an had seen that some of you where fishing in Delaware. For Me most of Delaware is about 2hrs away, What are some good areas to fish and do I need an out of state licence .

I only really fish down the shore when I am on vacation so I can't help you.

Google Old Inlet Bait and Tackle and sign up for their email newletters and fishing reports. You can also try "Surftalk", AKA the Stripers Online message boards and fishing reports for up to date info.
