Hahaha! Yeager we had the musky mojo going Saturday. We knocked some of the dirtiest, greasiest flys. Real gamers!

Now that's pretty cool TD. Looks like a fun day there.
How many deer were harmed in the making of that first pic?

I think there was as much bucktail scraps on the floor as there was on some of our flies!

Ha Jay I would say that equates to approximately the death of 6 deer. They died for a good cause though : )

I've really learned a lot browsing through all the info provided on the forum over the past few months about predator fishing and tying muskie flies. I have tied up a few predator leaders with wire bite guards. My big streamer box is half full of predator flies. Now I have to figure out the hardest part. How do I actually tie into one of these beasts with fly gear? This is a totally new ball game for me ......... but I am really looking forward to challenge. Thanks guys, for all of the valuable information.

At least there gettin the hint longer is better when it comes to figure 8 & boat side work. The price is resonable too. It will be hard to beat the blue water in my opinion.

nice T-bone, are you using CCG expando Tude or Blaine Tubing?
are you using the a shank or double hook set up? I have used CCG Expando, Deer Creek Jumbo Tube and Blaines. His seem hard to work with but it says ridged.

Have you guys tried the Misfit predator disks?
Misfit predator disks I think they might work nice with a dubbing brush collar in front with some flashy material mixed in. I might get a pack or two when I order more holo-heads.

Any trick to getting the reverse tied bucktail to lay more flat after it's tied down. Tried one fly not too long ago and my hair was much more splayed out than most of the flies on here. The more thread wraps and tension I put on it, the more it flared.
Any preference for wire to join hooks in a double or tripple? Something I can just pick up at Home Depot?
