I believe they were originally going for 25% but only got a 20% reduction which is still a win in my book

This is good news. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in Virginia politics. Omega Protein has some political clout. It will also be interesting to see if the Chesapeake Bay regulars see more bunker in the upper bay in the upcoming years.
